ஸ்ரீ காமாக்ஷி பாதம் ஷரணம்! மனம் என்னும் மாயப்பொருள் ரத்தினமாக மாற்றம் பெற்று காமாக்ஷி என்னும் பெட்டகத்தில் காபந்து செய்யும் வகை அறிய பெற்றோம். மனம் என்பது ஒரு கண்ணாடி போல, பிரதிபலிக்கும் தன்மை கொண்டது. அதில் அம்பாள் சரண ரத்தினத்தைப் புதைத்து அம்பாள் நாமத்தை , பாராயணம் போன்ற துதிகளால், பக்தி புஷ்பம் கொண்டு அர்ச்சிக்க , அந்த மனம் அம்பாளுடைய குணங்களை பிரதிபலிக்கும் தன்மையாக மாறும். சீதைக்கு ஹனுமார் நமஸ்காரம் செய்து ஸ்ரீ ராம குணங்களைக் கூறும் இடம் மற்றும் அபிராமி அந்தாதி ஸ்லோகம் மேற்கோள் கேட்கும் போது மனம்
